Sourdough Cheese Bread - Jarlsberg Cheese

Adapted from "Bread" by Jeffrey Hamelman (King Arthur Flour Co). This rendition used Jarlsberg cheese. Also excellent with Sharp Cheddar, as well as with good Parmesean. House smells great when this is baking!
